The Convention:

Mangalore's most pleasant weather prevails from December to February, setting a perfect ambience for the Convention. The temperatures around this time range between 17-30 deg. Celsius. AAs the world over will converge at St. Sebastian Auditorium, Bendore to meet and share life altering experiences, strength and hope, attend workshops while soaking in the tropical magic of the Malabar region. Al-Anons and Al-Ateens will have meeting places/agendas of their own in close proximity.

The organizers have spared no effort to make this event a memorable one for you. This International Convention may just be your dream vacation too !. Light fabrics/cottons would be ideal daytime wear. So would be protective shades and sun screens. The time to start planning is now.

The Convention commences with registration at 4pm, inauguration & cultural shows at 6pm followed by dinner on Saturday, Jan 24th, 2009 and concludes with breakfast on Tuesday, Jan 27th 2009. The Registration Fee for Delegates is fixed at $ 75/- and is inclusive of Food. Arrangements for comfortable accommodation have been made to suit every budget. All accommodation is within 2-3 kilometres from the Convention venue and will be reserved on a first cum first served basis
